So, apparently the FBI took down Megaupload now and arrested the creators of the site. Even though I live in Europe, it seems to me the site is banned worldwide.
I only lost a few files which were not really impornant to me, but now I won't be able to do almost anything which requires a digital download (like SSBB custom stages videos).
I know Megaupload had a very bad copyright policy, but if the bills SOPA and PIPA pass, probably even YouTube will end up in the same way.
Will the internet die after this?

Pokemon Hacking
So, I got into this very recently. Lately I played a very popular hack made by a good friend of mine which has even been LPed on LPMoshPit.
So after I played the hack for a while, I got the program and I'm trying to learn how it works, so I can do my own hacks. It seems to me it's pretty fun.
I've always wanted to do a Pokemon game anyway, but after I failed on doing Black, I prefer instaed to try with hacks. I'm not sure if putting sidebars and graphic effects is really worth, but I will still mostly do hacks from the GBA era. Now I don't know if it would be nice I do an LP of my own hack, expecially if I fail at it...

Dark Cloud
It's been a long time people wanted me to LP it. This RPG was one of the launch PS2 games.4
I played the game again after a long time, and I'm not enjoying it. The battle system is way too complicated, there's an huge lack of items you REALLY need most of the times, and you have to look at ANYTHING, I mean you have too look at the health, at the weapon HP (since it breaks) and even when the character gets thirsty and starts losing HP or getting poisoned by a bat.
Sometimes the game is really impossible. You have to go through repetitive dungeons (like 20 for the same kind), and they're all randomized so you will never see what's going on. Sometimes you get lucky and get the key for the next dungeon, and sometimes instaed you get stuck with a billion bats poisoning you.
The game is entirely based on luck and resetting the PS2 everytime, which is very annoying to do on an LP, and I totally refuse to do commentary.
This is mostly why this game is rarely done on YouTube, expecially Let's Plays, and I really don't feel like to do my own LP, even on summer. Sorry to those who wanted me doing it so bad.

New Year Post is Late
Happy 2012 to everyone (trust me, the world won't end)!
Anyway, I'd like to talk more about what I'm planning to LP. Kirby's Return to Dreamland is close to be done, and I'm not so far instaed at Skyward Sword. I'm extremely lazy with it since it's a blind LP (with no autosave fortunately), so I have to do a lot of practice runs and I'm not really too familiar with the Motion controls, expecially since I can't really sit down. I'm enjoying the game a lot, but I'd probably have more if I didn't LP the game so early.
Speaking of Blind LPs, I'll try to do a lot less of them. I've already planned to do Jak 2 and hopefully 3 with getting all the precursor orbs and getting 100% which has been rarely done on YouTube (most of the videos are recorded with camera quality and pretty shacky). I'll try to be extremely informative since I know the game very well, but it's still a Let's Play so there's gonna be LIVE commentary and sometimes deaths (actually it's impossible to not die a lot on Jak 2). You can even take it as a walkthrough, but I warn you to not.
Before summer (if I've done Jak 2), I'll mostly move to other platformers for nostalgic reasons. I've already done a poll in a different way (something I should really STOP doing, because I'm trying to get a bigger audience and that seems to not be the right way; please don't sue me) just to see how many people are interested in certain games I like doing a Let's Play of. The top ones are DK64 (overdone on YT atm), Banjo Kazooie and Spyro 2 Ripto's Rage (and yep, I will be 100%ing them).
And I'm so crazy next summer to LP (or even try to) Dark Cloud. It's by far the most confusing RPG and it's pretty long too. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna screw up unintentionally and get stuck for 10 more parts, but I just warn you that I won't be any informative. I also tried to do a practice run (since I haven't played the game for a LONG time), but I'm totally not enjoying it, so I will start a new file when I LP it.
Thanks for reading this. And just in case you didn't know, I have already a Spyro 1 LP that for some reason didn't get noticed, but you can check it out here:

It was one of my earliest ones, so I'm very unconfident (the quality is also crap because I had no broadband at the time).
